If you don’t see one of your favorites on our menu, contact us and we will help customize the order to fit your needs. Our proposals are suggestions that we feel would accommodate your event. We would be happy to discuss any additions or deletions you may feel are necessary.
 
Booking Your Event
Due to the large number of prospective clients, your event will not be considered booked until your signed proposal and your deposit have been received and acknowledged. Pricing will be valid for 30 days from the proposal date.   

Deposit, Payment & Guarantee 
Upon the booking of your event we request an estimate of the number of guests and a 20% non-refundable deposit. Fourteen days prior to the event we request an additional deposit of 30%. At the conclusion of the event final payment will be due in full. Seven days prior to the event a final guarantee of guests is required. 

Sales Tax & Service Charges
Our menu prices do not include state and local sales taxes, hourly server, bartender or chef fees, or drop-off fees.

Current tax is 7%.  

Pricing
A minimum order of $200 is required. Our menu prices are based on current market prices and are subject to change. 
   
Beach Parties
If you would like us to serve your event on the beach there will be an additional service charge of $300.00 per 50 guests. A beach event will also require double the number of service staff as recommended above. We do not recommend serving food on the beach if at all possible.
